A1. In addition to its four primary departments (Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Management, Industrial Design, and Visual Communication Design), each of which features a Master's track, the college offers specialized programs in International Business and Digital Design Marketing.
Q2. Are the faculty members at Ming Chi University primarily industry professionals or researchers?
A2. As a technological university, we emphasize both theory and practical application. Our faculty members possess practical experience and lead multiple industry-academia projects, constantly staying updated on new knowledge and industry demands. If students wish to learn the latest technologies or concepts, besides actively learning, reviewing course materials, and taking notes, they can also participate in industry-academia projects to gain hands-on experience in design and marketing operations. This way, they can quickly integrate and apply their knowledge.
Q3. How can I apply for the Credit Programs offered by the College of Management and Design?
A3. Students interested in enrolling in a credit program should follow the Implementation Guidelines for Credit Programs. Generally, the application involves the following steps:
1.Download the Application Form from the College or Department website.
2.Submit the completed form along with your academic transcripts to the office of the department hosting the program.
3.Await approval from the program coordinator and the Dean of the College.
Q4. What are the eligibility requirements for the program?
A4. According to the Implementation Guidelines, the programs are primarily open to undergraduate and graduate students of the College of Management and Design. However, students from other colleges may also apply, provided they meet the specific prerequisites of each individual program.
Q5. What are the requirements for completing a credit program and receiving a certificate?
A5. To successfully complete a program and receive an official Certificate of Completion, students must:
1.Earn the minimum required number of credits (as specified in each program's curriculum).
2.Ensure that at least 6 to 9 credits (depending on specific program rules) are taken outside of the student’s major department.
3.Maintain a passing grade in all required courses.

A6. The office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (closed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM).
