本計畫以文化保存、地方創生與國際交流為核心，透過跨文化對話與國際培力，重新發掘並活化在地文化價值。藉由串聯地方社群、青年學生與國際夥伴，讓地方文化在創新詮釋與跨國交流中展現新的生命力，進一步實踐文化永續與國際鏈結！

This project focuses on cultural preservation, local revitalization, and international exchange. Through intercultural dialogue and international capacity-building, it seeks to rediscover and revitalize the value of local culture. By connecting local communities, young people, students, and international partners, the project brings new vitality to local culture through innovative interpretations and cross-border exchanges, further advancing cultural sustainability and strengthening international connections.
